Reilly's Farm

We tap the numerous Maple trees throughout the 100 acre property.  The Sugar Shack is located next to the Christmas Tree field and serves as our office during Christmas Tree season. 

We currently do not use reverse osmosis and we reduce the syrup the old fashion way using a wood fired evaporator.   For each gallon of finished syrup,  between 40-50 gallons of sap needs to be reduced down just to make that one gallon of syrup.
